All the answers you recieve are just wrong! You shouldn't hit back your own sister. If you do, she won't change one bit. I have the same situation, with my own sister. She's much worse now because she went to live with a 18 year old guy who is a stranger!(My sis is only 11!) And she dosen't even know who is he! Well, if you want your sister to stop hitting you, I use these ways, follow them!
1# Use your finger and point at her and then shout sternly "No!".
2# Tell your parents about it and leave your parents up to that.
3# Walk away and say "What's the use of hitting me? You don't get smarter!"
4# ignore her
5# DON'T EVER HIT HER BACK! NEVER DO THAT!

I dont think hitting back would be a nice way if your sister is younger but if its older then you can. But if she is younger ask her why she is doing such thing then threaten her that you will tell your parents

You ask her not to do this. She is your sister and will come to understand. If she does not, then give her slap on her face and instruct her that you should be rewarded and replied in the same fashion.

You should be the bigger person and tell her that it's not right for her to be hitting you if you didn't do any thing to her or go and tell your mother or father what happen and they could tell you what to do

* wait..how old is she? if she is a toddler and you are a pre-teen then walk away, forget hitting back, but if you are at least 2 years age difference...HIT HER BACK!

hit her twice as hard..if she hits u again, hit her this time 3x as hard. keep hitting harder until she stops or passes out.
