I have an Uncle who recently moved to wales (and when i say recently i mean around 1 and a half years ago) And my mom says we're going to go meet him and his new wife and daughter sometime and i was just wondering what it's like, such as climate and scenery. Oh yeah and since my dad is in the military he says we might be going to live in Mildenhall, England. Whatever that is. I'm really excited but i cant find anything on MIldenhall, And in a few months me and my sister and mom are going to live with him in Okinawa, Japan. Yay!!

I live in South Wales. There are many mountains (well we Welsh call them mountains) but to be correct they are really hills! We have beautiful coastlines - West Wales is the best for beautiful coastlines. North Wales is more dramatic - Snowdon, our highest mountain is there. The Welsh are very hospitable people and our meals are bigger than the English meals. You will love it as there are not as many people living in Wales as there are in England. We call it The Land of Song as Welsh people love singing and we have many choirs. The climate is much the same all over the UK although we do have more rain it is said. Welcome to our homeland whenever you come. At the moment of writing I do not have the faintest idea where Mildenhall is. Look at a map of the UK and I am sure you will find it. Good luck in Japan by the way. It is very expensive over there.

Wales is a great place to visit.....
My father was in the Royal Air Force and as kids, we moved around a bit as well so I can imagine how excited you would be at going to Japan...and even here to Mildenhall...

wales is beautiful and at the moment very warm. last visited 12 month ago doing work but have also been there on holiday. the coastal scenery is breath taking.

I have family in West Wales and it's beautiful. Really scenic with some lovely beaches and nice fresh air.
