For all you believers, sorry I’m not one of them, how do you know that the God you believe in, and the Bible you believe and follow wasn’t actually the work of Satan. How do you know that it wasn’t Satan that created the Earth, Adam, Eve and all that jazz?

How do you know that Satan didn’t conquer and defeat God, then came down pretending to be God, got millions believing in religion, fighting and killing each other, just because it’s fun for him?

What evidence do you have to show that the God in the Bible wasn’t in fact Satan in disguise?

Wow, I can't believe some people are cracked-out enough to say "read the Bible" in response. They obviously didn't read your question terribly closely.

If there's a God and a Satan, I'm definitely rooting for Satan. I'm quite certain that neither of them exist, though.

WoW... that is so deep. Even though that you're not a believer you should read the Nag Hammadi Texts also known as the Apocrphya. Wonderful insights. Some Jews back then believed that the Ultimate Creator created other beings that created other beings and so on. The being that created us didn't know about the Ultimate Creator and claimed that he was the only true and living God. And that he was the one that created Adam and Eve but when he created one Pstis ( I hope I spelled that right) or Sophia put into us the divine spark within us. It's really deep and there are different versions of it.

So I say if you really want to know do some studying of your own.

As I enter Brenda's World;

I have an adult concept for you to think about, ok?
Do you know the "Lords Prayer" could you find it, read it slowly. Ok here's the adult concept:
There is no good or evil unless GOD wants it as part of HIS plan. Let me repeat: GOD via JESUS said: "and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, for thine is the kingdom and power and glory now and at the end of Earth. Amen".
So GOD will LEAD HUMANS into temptation - why - well to see if humans are paying attention. Every child knows there are pop quizes during the week at school, just ask them. Then there's the mid-term exam. AND THE FINAL!!!
So satan can do nothing, GOD can do nothing - because I forgot the joker in the deck - OUR FREE WILL.
That's why Jesus came to us - trying so hard to explain things - in the short time he knew he had here. Try to get our free will to understand the concept of how good humanity would be if we were GOOD.
Also you asked for evidence that GOD is here - I can hold up your children, and mine, as an example and the classic examples used by others.
But GOD has shifted to individual play. PERSONNAL.
ONE ON ONE time with each of us.
No more whole nations, old school, biblical fire and brimstone. Why?
GOD will be here for ever - he has time ( IS TIME)

I would say pure reasoning. If you created something like the world would you really give credit to someone else as a joke? Also, i don't think satan would create religions where people are taught to love eachother. I think your theory would make more sense if Satan had made a religion where he told people it was good to only love yourself, be drunk and drugged up all the time, and spread stds by having sex with more than one person. I think that would be a little more fun for him...

I agree with youin the point that the majority of the people who say they believe in a god may really have satan as god without even realizing it. I don't agree that the true god doesn't exist, but many non-theist have already found him, but don't take it personally. They simply see it as goodness or something. I say good atheists go to heaven :)

Um, that's sheep's clothing, BW, not wolves' clothing. Satan wears "wolves' clothing" all the time. And if Satan were in charge of things, we'd know it, because he's ruled by pride. He wouldn't waste time playing games; he'd go straight to the eternal-torture-and-agony part for everyone.

Brenda, I would really be interested in knowing exactly what it is that you believe in, besides constantly bashing Christianity. The way that I know how God is comes through one simple way, faith. I have faith, faith in the blood of Jesus Christ that covered my sins and saved my soul, faith that God loves me and wants the best for me. Faith, that's the answer. I know what I believe in. You can add to your statements through adding details. I challenge you to tell us on YA what it is that you believe in. God bless you.

That's quite a conspiracy theory. God is not a liar. He is holy. Don't mix the two up. Your thoughts are twisted.
