tell him that there is a place u like always to go to and u have no one to take u to it.. so if he don't mind drive u there.. or maybe tell him that u hate to stay at home so ask him to come by and take u out somewhere...(prefer a black street where there is no light at all if u want him to make his first move)LOL

Well it seems you have sweet sweet heart! I would say for you to look him in the eye alot and try talking to him with your eyes more and woe that can be something!! it includes being entranced with what he is saying, his interests and then you look at him with your body as well. actually point your body toward him in every way and then speak to him that way as well as your little movements of your body.. like licking your lips.. just a quick instant and not to many tiomes and think of other ways too. He will get into you big time because he knows your into him in some way he just cant put a finger on but you.. you have become an artist at it. And he will ask your opinions. :)

I think if he was interested he would have asked you out...except if you are sending the wrong signals. Flirt a little bit with him and see if how he reacts and if he catches the message and does the first move. Another idea is to invite him to join you and a small group of friends to go to the movies for ex., so he can be more relaxed and have many people whom to talk. From there you can start to build up your relationship.
