No, it is completely normal. That said, if you harp on it, "IT" will never happen. I hate to be the one to tell you this, but if you act like you "got it" he will come running all the faster. Don't make him feel like he "has" to be there. Use your resources..your mom, your friends...whatever...but do NOT go out with him. Show him you are still "you" even though you have a baby.
Email if you if have time (i know a baby is all consuming...)
Just a note..In the movies I see, the men seem to have this idea that the worse you treat a woman the more she wants you...well, the less attn: you pay to a man the more he wants you...
Why buy the cow when you get the milk for free?.....

your demand is quite genuine. there isn't anything wrong in your way of thinking. Becasue at this stage of 11 weeks of delivery is a period when a mother needs the care and attention of her fiance. Even there isn't anything wrong , if you compel him to be near you.
While caring for you ,your fince could also give a lettle bit of care and attention to the new born baby also which will certainly increase the health condition of both you and your child.

It is overbearing if you want him with you all of the time. However, his responsibilities to you and the baby should come first. Tell him how you feel and maybe you can come to a compromise. Like once a week he goes out. Maybe both of you's go out together?

He is an irresponsible and immature boy. You should monitor him and decide if you want to marry a man like this. I mean, if he is like that, better being alone with your baby. He is not going to take care of him anyway. You should talk to his parents and tell them what is the situation, and if they are sensible they should support your claim against your fiance's behaviour. Seriously, think about your future and above all, about the welfare of your baby!

Nope not wrong but the two of you need to find a balance and learn to compromise especialy if you are panning on getting married.
I would highly suggest seeing a marrigae counselor for premarital counseling to help you learn to do communicate effectivly and learn to compromise.

If you demand him to be around you all the time, then you are overbearing. If you demand him for him to show you a bit of attnention, then you are not overbearing.

And how old are you? Sounds to me like you are both way to young to have a child, he needs to spend time with the baby and you. You all need some counseling.

ITS NOT TO MUCH TO ASK TO HAVE ATTENTION AND ITS NOT TO MUCH TO BE OUT WITH HIS FRIENDS. I KNOW YOU NEED ATTENTION CAUSE THE BABY.. IF YOU CAN TRY TALKING TO HIM ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS. AND TRY WORKING SOMETHING OUT. IT PROBABLY MIGHT TAKE TIME, BUT LET HIM LISTEN. OFFER HIM TO DO SOMETHING WITH THE BOTH OF YOU BEFORE HE CAN PLAN WITH HIS FRIENDS. OR MAYBE EVEN OFFER HIM TO RELAX WITH YOU FOR THE 2 OF YOU WONT OVER STRESS
