Okay, I'll try this one. I'm not an expert, but I know a little about it.
You're putting cold water in a hot radiator, aren't you? That's the reason it shot back up. You should never put cold water in a hot car unless the engine is running, it'll warp the block. And be sure to add it slowly to allow the added water to raise to the temp of water already in the engine.
If the oil is mixing with the water, it sounds like a blown head gasket and it's time to have it rebuilt and hope the block isn't warped or cracked, or get a different engine and have it put in or get a different car.
I'm not sure what "after i can my oil and everything," means. Sorry.

You have a busted head gasket and that is horribly expensive. (You must have a Ford product. They have terrible head gaskets.)
The head has to be removed and the block milled smooth and then the gasket replaced. Consservatively, look at $800 to $1200 repair bill and you had better check out the shop with the BBB. Lots will use liquid weld and charge you for the full real job and 300 miles later you are busted again.
Best to just get another car.
Honest.

that's the threat!!!! If the cooling device exchange into flushed, and that they used the incorrect or beside the point coolant, then the hot coolant merely could have eaten a hollow on your gaskets or seals. maximum distinctive coolants are unlike minded. there's a huge lawsuit against GM for the chemical formulation of Dex-Cool. (see GM lawsuit on information superhighway) you would be able to choose new intake manifold gaskets, someone-friendly subject on maximum GM automobiles. you would be able to correctly be waiting to sue GM for this fix. (good success). i in my view could have the intake manifold gasket seals checked. fix them in the event that they're leaking, and use basically Mercedes Benz coolant in this motor vehicle. that's a tried and authentic chemical mixture that extends engine and gasket existence. The smoke may well be the intake gasket leaking coolant into your combustion chamber, a not on time reaction from having your coolant replaced. good success!!

Depending on the engine, you have a head gasket blowned, or a crack head. Any engine that runs hots ends up with a cracked head or gasket.
