Its 50% potato and 50% kamote, becuase its cheaper than potato but it taste and looks potato when cooked.

Heck NO, the French Fries are really polyunsaturated carbohydrates mixed with low fat, salt free, reconstituted soft drink cups (recycling program) with calculatedly added so the artificial flavoring isn't so obvious.
Add lots of salt and they will taste fine.
