ok about 6 years ago the police jump on me real bad for something i did'nt do i was checking on my sister cause she had got in some trouble but it so happen when i arrived to the place cause she was a miner at the time the police hit me in the eye for asking him where she taking my sister i never been in jail until then and now i have a felony and aggervated battery against a police officer but never did nothing so what can i do

Because cops are suckups!! And you don't have any rights. A Damn pig can do what ever he or she wants and you can't do anything about it. Because they are right and you are WRONG!! As for me I hate cops or brown noses. I would rether have a sister in a whore house than a brother for a cop!! Because at least my sister would be worth something. A cop Ain't!! Cops really do SUCK!! And no Ive never been in jail or in any kind of truble.. I just don't like Cops!! Because all they are...Are crooks with a bedge!! And then you have then stupid judges to who are sucking the cops!! File a formal complaint with internal affairs if you haven't.
File a lawsuit against the officer and the police department.
Your state attorney general's office can assist you also.
These things should have been done back then, now it's going to be a lot harder.

ask for a re-trial & for an expungement of your previous criminal record! If you truly did nothing at all, but were still convicted, you had ineffective council & the attorney who rep'd you at the time is at fault for your current record! Be sure that you are clean or else you will stir up a sh1tstorm trying these tactics!

check with th police station and ask y they havent taken charges out on this man 4 what he did to you wait hold up 6 yrs ago

think faster next time,time has run out on that mistake, the police are just as bad as any one and far from perfect, if you mess up they make you pay if they mess up they lie. get on a talk show then tell it all, that's where the power is TV -radio.

you should have had your defense attorney do something at the time. you are pretty much screwed now. that's what he/she was there for; to plead your case. it's kind of late for that.
