It is simply a start to a cavity, depending on the strength of your tooth enamel. Some individuals have leak and or strong enamel.... I would go get your teeth checked out, first.

It may be a cavity or it may be that you're grinding your teeth at night. For the first, see your dentist. For the second, get a mouthgaurd for when you sleep.
