I seriously Dont't think I'm pretty.. I can't go out without think ing I'm ugly.. It's ruining my friendships and my diet... and i can't go out with thinking i'm ugly ' as a fat pig... what do you do to freshen up?

Accentuate the positive---de-emphasize the negative. Figure out your best feature and play it up!! Look at yourself and tell yourself I am beautiful. I am a good person and the heck with anyone who is too stupid to realize it. Flaunt it! Put your shoulders back, your head up and start believing in yourself. Believe it or not almost all the beautiful models once thought they were ugly. You might try mascara and lipstick. Go to a hairdresser and ask for a good hairstyle for your face. A store like Macys has free personal shoppers who will tell you how to dress to look thinner. Accept yourself at the weight you are and if you can cut out a soda a day and dance for 5 minutes every day. Don't obsess about your weight and be nice to your friends.Study hard and find one thing you like to do and try to be the best you can be. Smile all the time and look people in the eye when you speak to them. You Shine!

WOW slow down. Every one is pretty in thare own way. Everyone thinks thare ugly, even I do. Dont let something like this ruin you friend ship. If you really have a problem with the way you look just put on some cover up, and maskara, lip gloss. And if you think your fat, just eat healthy food, and dont eat as much junk food.

Who says you can't. Just think to yourself that you are an awesome person and don't get stuck on your appearance. But if you really want to know, just get a new wardrobe, straigten up your posture, and be confident! good luck! But since you put this question in mental health, maybe you have BDD- body dysmorphic disorder. It's when you see a flaw in your body and fixate on it. Hopefully I'm wrong. Just exercise and eat right, that will pick you up and make you feel better and accomplished.

My personal opinion is that everyone can be pretty only if they think so, nobody can tell you that you are pretty or not if you are seriously asking this question then you must have a badly destroyed ego..and thats not good..your self image determines if your pretty or not never let anyone tell you any diffrent.. thats really all the advice you can get..im sorry you have a low self esteem..u really need to work on that..

Yr ans is in yr question. Its all in yr mind. U got to b positive n to carry yrself well. Thinking ugly n fat will not help u. Try changing yr wardrobe, get a new hair cut etc.. to bring out yrself. B positive n keep smiling.

Well dear its mostly societys fault with all of the skinny models and barbie doll looks you must build up your self first.hang around people you think are ugly and you will see how pretty you really are thie worked for me when i was younger and as i got older i realized it dont matter what people say about you its how you view yourself so try glamer shots

I don't think it's a method that you need. It sounds as if you have a body perception disorder and you can get help for that, like group therapy.

I'm being serious and not trying to be cute or anything.
