Yes, henna is agood way to colour your hair. Frankly Speaking Indian love to do that. It dont damage your and futhermore give more suppliment to hair. You can dye your hair black also using henna. First , Use abit of henna , Instant coffee, and white egg. Mix it well and use it.... This ,makes your hair even darker.

yep its very good. just make sure you are getting good stuff by buying a good brand. a lot of times it is aduterated with something else.
