Your "ps" after your question would indicate that you did/do gawk when able to and that its something which has happened more than once, and you were/are being a pig about it!

By posting the question here the whole world now is aware of it.... Tell her you posted it here like this (even without mentioning any other info about it) and see how hard you get slaped! Would serve you right too!

Snicker silently to yourself for a minute, see if anyone else notices and tells her and if not, then you pull her to the side and let her know that her "girls" are trying to escape their jail cells, lol! There's nothing funnier than getting a kick out of something that no one else notices, especially the person who is the butt of the joke. Then on your ride home from work you can have a hearty laugh behind the windows of your car.

Now, I know that you're trying...(your very trying...) just kidding...

...I mean you're trying to be a gentleman. You're already on the right track in that you should discreetly avert your eyes and let her know that she needs to fix her blouse. Think about it, this is just being considerate.
(you'll earn her respect if you handle things with courtesy and lose big time if you don't)

Depends on when you see them. If in a meeting, you can tell her discreetly without attracting unnecessary attention if others didn't notice them. This, you can signal with your eyes or use other body language. If she's walking around or sitting at her desk, walk up to her and tell her nicely. Unless of course, you know that she's doing this on purpose?

if she is older than u then better u say this to some other lady coworker compatible to u & her to communicate this. i suppose this wouuld be rather better. this will inturn enhance the respect feeling for u in her.

the nice thing would be to tell her because she probably doesnt even know. would you want to walk around all day with your blouse undone or your fly unzipped? do unto others as you would have done to you.
