I think it's crap, neither one of our governments (I'm British) have that kind of organizational skills, lol, sorry that was bad :-), but i seriously doubt it, especially from the UK with all our problems with the IRA, was that just the government too, Blowing up little kids in the street? And if the British intelligent really wanted someone dead do u think they would do it in broad daylight in a busy London underground?
