I cant stop thinking about him?

I constantly think about my ex... i find myself smiling about something he said or something we did...he has moved on but i just cant! can anyone help me find a way to forget him??

Hey um it appears that u still love this guy, and u need to take the time, actually u know what, im in the same scenario, luckily for me i have a idolized girlfriend that i can frame in my conscience, and i know that the idolized girl is my perfect pic, and that she is everything that i ever wanted. Now this girl that i just broke up with couldnt ever amount to that, but i had to give her a chance, it was a rewarding yet depressing expieriance but i can say that it was better than being alone. you have to move on to and realize that he's not thinking about you so it's no point to waste your time thinking about someone who's not thinking about you wherelse you can be thinking about someone else who feels the way you do

keep yourself busy. With work and go out with and socialise. Once you get busy and occupy your mind you will soon forget him.. so get your butt out here and do something.
