How long it will take to finish school and start work?
I want to do max 4 years.

Working Hours. I want to work 40-50 hrs a week and have my days off.

You should consider respi therpy money is very good you will have les stress as a nurse but you will have huge responsbility because it someone you are trying to keep a live but nurses have to worry about legal isssue and doctoers down there back
also it can get very nasty one minute its fine the next choas but follow your herat only you can make the chose what ever it is i feel doing respitary work is better for you trust me

well after 7 years as an army Medic and 9 as an LPN. I will tell you this.
You can not do either one. a nurse or RT. Because you will see nasty things and clean up after patients. Your kind are not needed in the medical field except to be a ward secretary!

nursing.. You'll deal with all of the following.. But nurses have the highest job security.. There are more nurses needed than there are available. I know a few MD's that are getting certified to be nurses because they make less money in their medical practice!
