why dont they let ALL immigrants come to their country if its the promise land lol. (im not mexican) they make people suffer to come to their country, they are racist and let blacks live in poor neighborhoods, and the whites live in big houses. and it takes like 2-15 years for an immigrant to come to their country if they are lucky. is USA still a land of freedom? you tell me!!

The US immigration policy was passed for a reason. Prior to it, the US did let everyone in. The policy allows for 220,000 legal immigrants, basically a new city every year. For the past 10-15yrs that number has been about 750,000 legal immigrants, every year. This number doesn't account for illegal immigrants, which is more than double this number, every year. Not to mention, citizens born here, foreign born citizens and illegals are all having kids. Anyone born in the US, is a US citizen. What do you think that number is???
Think of the US as a life boat, it has a certain capacity say 500. You can probably fit 600 maybe 650, but at what point will that life boat no longer stay afloat? Now there is no boat, everyone has to swim. This is why the US gov. created an immigration policy, so we could allow a large number of people to immigrate every year, have kids and account for citizens born in the US to also have kids. All while the country/economy(life boat) could grow and have the capacity to keep up with the population.
How many new cities/towns have been created? Would you agree most immigrants settle in an existing one? How many people start new businesses and hire employees? How many people are just looking for a job? Name another country that has to create 4 million new jobs a year, while it sends jobs(mostly low skilled) to foreign countries, in order to help their economies? Zero (0), that's how many. Do you still think the US people are racist? People can live anywhere they choose. You probably believe that this land was stolen from the Native Americans, do you think they had good and bad neighborhoods set up? Big and small houses? Is every "black" neighborhood poor & every white rich? Is every property owned by a "white" a big house, every "black" owned property small?
You better reconsider who you're calling the racists. People of all colors, races, credes, sexes, sexual preferances, classes, religions etc, are citizens of the US. Are you working such diversity, with even half our population, in your country...? No, didn't think so. If I'm wrong, how is your country making things run so smoothly? Please tell me how we could make things better, keep in mind magic wands and fairy dust, exist only in movies...

The USA is the land of freedom for rich, white people. It is also easy for white people to immigrate here from other countries. I immigrated here from Canada and have had no problems since doing so with the government.
I have to disagree with the "they let blacks live in poor neighborhoods" conclusion though. If blacks wanted they could just move out, but if they did that they would be surrounded by a bunch of white people who probably don't want them there. They choose to live in the poor neighborhoods because that is where other blacks are.

"Freedom" is a very lose term and means different things to different people. You are no more free in the US than you are in Europe or Canada or Argentina, etc. In fact, the US taxes its citizens on their worldwide income. No other country has such an oppressive system of taxation that I'm aware of.
It is factually incorrect to say that "whites live in big houses". Apparently you've never been to the US, or you'd see that just as many (on a percentage basis) whites are poor as blacks. It just doesn't make for a nice media story to show poor whites.
The US doesn't claim to be the "promised land". Israel is the promised land according to their religion.
Who wants to immigrate where is an individual choice. If you think that the US is hypocritical (and many Americans share that opinion), then consider yourself lucky that you can remain in your own country. By the way, it would be a good idea to check the immigration policies of some other countries, just for good measure and see how "liberal" they are.

America is the easiest country to get into. Just try to go to another country and get the same liberties you have in America w/o being a citizen. I'm not sure why immigrants cry about how they are treated in America....you didn't have to come here in the 1st. place, and if you don't like it go home! And every country has their racist, but you are wrong if you think all white people live in big houses (i know i don't) and all black people live in poor neighborhoods! That has to be one of the most stupid comments I've ever heard! It seems to me maybe you are racist against white Americans!

Excuse me, you are EXTREMELY wrong about your assumptions.
First of all, we certainly can't let everyone in who wants to come. Second, we don't "make" anyone suffer or "let" blacks live in poor neighborhoods (that was a racist statement by YOU). And whites don't "live in big houses" (another racist statement by YOU).
You bet this is the land of freedom. Where else in the world can you say what you want and do what you want? Where else have people gone for 200+ years for a better life?
It sounds to me like you need to get the facts and stop saying foolish things about my country.

Yes, this is a land of freedom. Yes, there is rascism here, but at least we can create laws to protect all, and prosecute all who are involved.
I am white, and live in a small house with a family of 9. 3 bedrooms 9 members, you do the math.
I appreciate immigrants who scrimp and save to come here. And from what I see, many immigrants come here and do better than I do. They come here with an objective to make money, and own a home. I am still working on my parents forgot my 11th birthday.
To let all immigrants in is stupid. America is for the best of the best!

Ok earlier than you name North Korea evil take a look at doing a little study to discover out why they consider the way in which the do. Because proper now North Korea is asking us evil and pronouncing we have got to be destroyed. If you probably did any study you could realize that the warfare was once piling up our bodies on each side earlier than the stop fireplace. Now each nation's have nukes and WMDs so we all know proper off the bat this is not going to be a "usual" warfare. Its going to return all the way down to which aspect can slaughter probably the most men and women and I do not consider that is what Kim Jong or Obama wish to be recognized for establishing within the historical past books.

Not all blacks live in poor areas. Man that is sterotyping! Not all whites live in rich areas. I'm white and I can't even afford a bike to ride to my 3 jobs. I can't go to some Pravite school, hell I can't even afford to go to school. Is USA the land of freedom.. yea in a way.. sure you have to work hard to get somewher, but I have that choice. I'm a baptist by birth and a luthern by choice. You can't do that in a lot of countries. I visited Spain a while in High School and everybody is Chatholic. Do you call that freedom. I got to choose where I work. but In the Soviet Union you were told where and How you work. I dress in whatever I like. My girlfriend dressesd in whatever she wants. Yet in her homeland if she was ever seen like this she would be killed, or stoned. Yea I would say I live in a free country don't you.
I can even say I hate BUSH. Well we all do don't we? I can't do that to the Queen of Egnland. Now why do dish on America. If we weren't the land of the free who is...

America is no where nigh as racist as much of Europe is, as proven by the world cup.
Also, legal immigration is made to promote safety. We're not the most liked country. And, it's much harder to become a citizen of Mexico than America.
