Why do you like, or dislike the UFC?

UFC is the next generation of combat sport in the entire world. To quote Joe Rogan who is an announcer for the UFC events "Martial arts have evolved more in the past ten years than it has in the past seven hundred years due to the UFC." This is because now instead of merely practicing moves and trying to simulate a real fighting situation, we have real live proof of what is really effective in a real fight. UFC is safer than boxing because there is no standing 10 count (which is what causes brain damage) more exciting than Jiu Jitsu or wrestling alone(due to the striking) and more realistic than Karate or Tae Quon Do (because even though the moves are beautiful and require true skill and athleticism they are not practical in a real fight). It's the most technical combat sport on the block these days because there are more ways to loose than any other and you have to be well versed in all aspects in order to be successful. If you are a true combat sports fan and are tired of the boxing/kickboxing/wrestling we all grew up with give UFC a chance and I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

There is many things i like about UFC, it shows america mma, It shows some of the best fighters in divisions, Rich Franklin, Matt hughes and possible chuck liddel and tim sylvia. It is real and not fake, it is the hardest sport out there. Some great fights come out of UFC even with some let downs.

What i dislike of UFC, its all in Vegas in a hotel nowadays. They need some stadium then it will attract alot of people, like Pride. and K1 they both have their own places. The cage needs to be solid like fiberglass, and no using the cage to your advantage like running someone into it to knock them out or holding the top of it. That way people will have a great view, and it will get rid of any edge holding on to the cage. Gives the fans a prettygood view, too. It can still be a octogon. I think enterances should be bigger like titos. Pride and UFC need to Join and call it UPFC or WMMA (world mixed martial arts,)then we wont have all of that conflict on who is the best fighter. I would like to be in the mma business to promote new ideas. out of time

I like the fighting in the ufc, but I hate the UFC.

I like it because it's real, even some if of the fights are boring (most are really good though).

I like PRIDE to. Alot of guys in UFC who went to PRIDE do extremely well.

Dan Henderson and Wanderlai Silva were in UFC and went to PRIDE and are the champs in there division.

i completely disagree. just because you see someone do a move like a kimura, doesn't mean you can do it yourself with a resisting opponent. what I like about it is the fact that it proved once and for all, "deadly" ma's which don't do full contact sparring get their @$$es handed to them.

I like it because it's better quality fight than wrestling like WWE. There's an actually skill to being good. I don't like it because I don't understand why two people want to hurt each other for no reason.

I hate it. Most fighter are really cocky and the whole show seems so white trash. I'm so glad Pride is around to show world who the real best fighters are.

it is real...none of tht fake crap they try to put on tv like the WWE...and everything they do is unplanned and all action...i love it
