There is no such thing. There used to be a fad that grapefruit juice would help weight loss, but it's not true. In fact, most fruit juices are fattening, and should be contolled in any diet. A glass of orange juice has the same calories as a glass of non-diet cola. (Of course the orange juice has real nutrients as well, but it's the calories that count as far as weight gain or loss is concerned.)

Err, no fruit juice would actually cause you to lose weight. If you want to lose weight then cut down your calorie intake and exercise. But I'd say the best fruit juices are ones that don't have too much sugar added.

I heard cranberry juice (the kind that's not too sweet). Apple juice is bad for you (if taken in excess) because it has a lot of sugar. Stick to water if you want to lose weight....

any fruit juice other than banana.
BUt take any juice without sugar, salt or any additives... not even honey...
vegetable juice do have lots of fibre which works to cut the walories.. try... and the best fruit juice when you feel hungry is WATER
