Intelligence and a sense of humour.

Spelling like you do turns me off. It implies you are either lazy or just don't care how you come across to people.

HAHA, yes spelling properly helps.

Seriously though, it depends on the woman.

The big ones I notice are:
1) Confidence, confidence, confidence
It is true that some girls like shy quiet (I am one) guys, but not overly insecure ones.
You have to feel comfortable in your own skin. Sometimes a girl likes it when a shy guy opens up to her because it makes her feel special. Some girls like an agressive "take charge" partner. It depends.

2) Sense of humor.
Some girls like a dry, sarcastic sense of humor, some like gregarious boisterous humor. If one girl doesn't like (what you think are) your humorous outlooks, that is not the girl for you.

3) Physical Appearance
I am not saying girls are shallow, even though some are. You should be well-kept enough to indicate that you can take care of yourself and take showers once in a while.

4) Consideration
Most if not all girls like a guy who is "emotionally aware". While being overly sensitive can get really annoying, being alert to changing moods and being empathetic is a huge bonus.

5) Trustworthiness/Reliability
Nobody likes a liar and a man-whore. While a lot of girls fall for the "playa" routine, indicating that you are candid and loyal is huge.

Hope that helps. I mean I'm a guy so I REALLY don't know but these are general examples I've encountered.

Good luck.

most girls can look past outside apperinces unless she is really shallow and in that case you dont want her anyways. But good looks are ALWAYS a plus, he has to be kind and funny. Someone who could except her for what she truely is. the gus has to hav some skill sexually, a guy who doent know what he is doin in the bedroom is a total turn off. And he has to be remotly intelligent
