In today's world, with all the things that are on t.v. and the movies, and with all of the things that have become socially acceptable, the truth is that you might just be confused. I don't really know what you are going through. You didn't give much detail. All I can say is that, with God you are more than a conqueror. I can pray for you all day long but the truth is you need to talk to God yourself. He answers prayers. If you want this out of your life then demand that the demon leave. My daughter had an imaginary friend at the age of 5. His name was Dovo (long o sound). She would play with him quit often until one day she said he was going to cut her with a knife. There was fear in her eyes and I believed her. I said " Oh no you gotta go". I opened up the balcony doors and said in the name of Jesus get out of my house and I kicked in the air and closed the door. Needless to say he never returned and my daughter couldn't even remember his name. You want them out, tell them get out. God gave you authority and use his name. Lastly, God said resist the devil and he shall flee. Hold on baby. God bless.

I also want to tell you that Amanda is wrong. Nowhere in the bible does it say that God only helps those who help themselves. There were plenty of people that God healed that could not help themselves. Jesus (God) raise Lazerus from the dead and I know he couldn't help himself do anything. Do not lose hope.
