that wet look hair goop stuff they sell at the salon. most things that keep the wet look will be kind of greasy or oily though. Gel will just make it hard and stiff. I use gel but my hair is short enough that is does not need to move. If you have short hair you can keep the look with a lot of gel but your hair will be hard as a rock.

gel will give you the wet look, but it will make your hair stiff. You can also use a product called Wildroot creme oil. Get it at Walgreens in the men's hair section, women can use it too. Wet your hair down then work in a generous amount of the creme oil, then comb it into the style you want. The oil will give you a glossy shine, but it won't make it stiff.

what i do is wash my hair, towel dry it, put in some gel.. and then i scrunch it with my fists all over while im blow drying my hair upside down. and i add hairspray while im going along. and if it looks dull after doing so then i say add a shine enhancer to it like infusium or something!!

when your hair is still wet put some gel in it and style it the way you want it and then hairspray in all over but don't over hairspray cause then it just looks gross
