C is correct, and you should drop the 2nd and 3rd use of the word have, community does not have to be capitalized, no hyphen needed in clean up, as follows:

In Pine Bluff alone, high school students have established recycling centers, sponsored community clean up drives, and even spent six months building Fairview Park in the downtown area.

I think this sounds better, less is usually more. Good luck in what you do, feel free to choose an opinion other than mine.

You are not dumb, but the sentence is completely wrong.

Try this and see how it sounds. It should make much more sense to the reader of this sentence.

"In Pine Bluff alone, high school students have established recycling centers, sponsored community clean-up drives in the downtown area, and spent six months building Fairview Park."

The sentence itself is out of context............

it could also read................

"High school students in Pine Bluff have".......blah blah blah.

would be the correct way to word this sentence.

Well...C is the correct answer, but "Community" should not be capitalized and should not have a comma after it.
