Would you pay SGD$180 for a framed hand painted silk painting?

You can view the painting here at http://spaces.msn.com/batikpainter-dorothy The painting is that of a Golden Arrowana fish and is hand painted. The external dimensions of the frame is 21cm x 17cm.

don't think so, though i don't really know the market price, but it does sound kinda expensive.
