My old cat, Cheddar, would always demand my attention while I was working on my college homework...so I invented "Mommy-Cheddy Time" where I would go lay down in the bed, he'd come up by me, and I'd cuddle with him and give him kisses til he couldn't stand it anymore (about a minute or two) and then he'd leave me be for a good half hour. It got to be where I could say "Wanna have Mommy-Cheddy Time?" and he'd run for the bed and wait for me to come in there.
Our 2 new kittens, Meira and Mycella, I love how they know my husband and I will look out for them and be there for them. If they get lonely, they come looking for us. And they talk ALL THE TIME!! And how they get all excited when they find their favorite toy and just start meowing out of excitement. And how when I'm on the computer, they will come up next to me so I can give them kisses and hold them. And how they cuddle with us in bed and sleep next to us.
AWWWWWWWWWW...I miss my kitties now!! Cheddar passed away, and Meira and Mycella are on a week-long vacation to their Nana's (my mom's) while we move...which is another thing I love about them...kittens and hardwood floors!! TOO FUNNY!!

My cat makes me smile just by existing. Her name is Psycho-Puss and she was put in my life for a reason. My nieces found her in a dumpster with her mother and other kittens that were all shot to death. We nursed her with a little bottle and kitten formula and she survived. For reasons unknown, she has a very BAD attitude and will attack anyone other than me on sight. I literally have hundreds of scars on my arms from her and that's ok. She just plays rough. She was meant to live or she wouldn't have been put into my life. I'm the only person that would tolerate and care for her. A little blood everyday is worth what she gives me. She's a special cat and can belong to nobody else.

My oldest cat has this octopus on a string toy that she adores. She never carries it around in her mouth ever but she'll lay on the floor by it until I play with her. Anyway, sometimes when I wake up, there's the octopus toy right on my stomach. The cat will be nowhere in sight but I know she climbed up on bed and waited patiently for me to play with her until she realized I was deeply sleeping. It makes me smile.. she only does it once in awhile.

If I say food he'll wake right up out of the deepest sleep. That always makes me laugh. Also he has some sort of sweeping sensor. Anytime I am sweeping a floor he'll come out of no where and lay right in my way. For some reason he thinks I'm playing with him.

I have one who will not sit and stretch out and lay down he will just be standing there and just fall over. All of a sudden you hear " clunk". I mean it looks painful but it's always funny. He also takes his paw and sticks it in his water dish and licks it off sometimes. Totally weird. LOL. He also digs the water and food bowls when empty. When you look at him he will meow at you like ok fill them up. He is so funny.

When my giant mutantly fat cat named Mongo wants attention in the middle of the night and when I ignore him or push him off the bed, he gets right back up and SITS on my face..... well, I can't ignore that little hint, so I just laugh and cuddle with him for a few minutes.

Oliver, thinks his toy pineapple is a baby, and talks to it softly all night long. He'll bring it me when I am sleeping. He carries it everywhere. Sometimes it gets lost under the fridge or ottoman and he throws up because he is so stressed that he can't reach it. Then, he howls. Kinda annoying, but makes me laugh.

what made me happy most of the time was when i would wake up with my cat sitting on top of my chest...she was drooling and purring at the same time looking straight into my eyes...and it really would make me laugh when i would wake up...also when she's running on the tile and she can't stop to make a turn and she slides and runs into a wall...that's pretty funny too...cats are awesome.
