If that someone likes you also. You can start a good relationship now by being best friends of each other, undertand each other and care for each other. This "like" can develop into love, and if both of you are willing to work toward that goal (spending the whole life together) which involves some sacrifices, and have a strong committment that no matter what, you will stay together and be married all your life, then, yes, it's possible that you will be married in the future.
