no , only microsoft s/w are . u can use many free software from internet

Only if you insist on using proprietary software from companies like Microsoft that charge for their software.

There's also "open source" software, which is free, and you even get the source code so of you don't like how it works, you can change it. The various Linux distributions are examples - download everything - operating system, word processing, etc, for free, and not have to worry about licensing issues. Good distributions for beginners are Fedora Core (from http://fedora.redhat.com) and Ubuntu Linux (from http://www.ubuntu.com).
