Easily. Even though much of the bible is fiction, that does not mean that you cannot believe in god, even in an interactive god if you wish. The dinosaurs and other evidence of earth's history can be attributed to a god if that provides a satisfaction. However, since no such belief is refutable, it cannot predict anything.

Firstly, I hope that no one, atheist or religious, "believes in" dinosaurs. To "believe in" means to put trust in and to depend on a given thing or person. Why would anyone put their trust in a giant and relatively dumb reptile? I of course know what you intend to be asking, but would caution that you watch over the language you use.

Now to the point: There is no reason why belief in the past or present existence of dinosaurs would come into conflict with my belief in and believing in their (the dinosaurs') and my Eternal Creator. The truth of the existence of dinosaurs is about as shaking to me as the truth of the existence of my cats.

Why not? Dinosaurs are real, and not a superstitious thing. There are ample evidence of their existance from the fossiles and bones.
