Well they have not yet legalized gigarettes so when they do I'll let you know how old you can be to smoke them and where to find them because I have no idea what gigarettes are!!!!

I don't know what a gigarette is, but if you can smoke a cigarette as long as you're old enough to breathe. Actually, some stupid fu*king bi!tches even smoke when they are pregnant. However, if you want to buy them, you have to be 18.

Legally 18. It is a lax law in some states I am sure. I smoked cigars in my 20's and regretted it. I was choking one day and never smoked again. I hate the smell of cigaretts. At my workplace you cannot even smoke in your own car in the parking lot without getting fired. Yes , even in america.

Legally 18, but the reality is far from legal. There are varying opinions as this link below demonstrates, and there are varying opinions in Europe, were the answer would be closer to 13. Anyways, why do you ask?
