Wait until he's not with his friends then tell him you don't like him and ask him to please leave you alone. If he doesn't, tell a teacher or some other adult at school.

Unless he is being grossly inappropriate, get over it!! Men and boys are going to be checking you out for the rest of your life. Learning to be charming about it now will be a lesson well learned.

You're in middle school? Have one of your friends tell the boy, NICELY, that you aren't interested in him. If he persists in staring, just ignore him and he'll eventually give up.

Don't toy with him. Be honest and brutal. Say, I don't want to hurt you but I'm not interested in you at all. It will hurt him at first...but you'll do him a favor because he will be able to move on and not focus his energies on you.
