egg plants, avocados, nuts, any thing that is oily.
Is not only fats that makes you gain weight.
Carbs can put on weights too, such as grains and beans.
The problem with being a vegeterian, is hard to eat enough.
The reason is that meat is more dense, and a much larger volume of veges are needed to match it.
I am also not too sure about eating too much carb and veg fats to gain weight is healthy.

Things like lasagne, made with or without cheese, spaghetti, maccaroni and cheese (if you eat cheese) will begin to pack on the pounds. Whole wheat bread or toast with peanut butter or plain butter is fattening (if you use butter) as are baked potatoes, with toppings. Cheese can be fattening, (if you eat cheese). Fried potatoes, fried eggs, and toast with butter (if you eat eggs) eaten often for breakfast will fatten you up. If you are vegan, you probably will remain thin, since even eating a lot of avocados or nuts or peanut butter won't really cause you to gain much weight.

well all vegans are pretty skinny, try eatting more carbs like breads, rice, that kinds stuff. Don't know of any fatty veggies besides a avacado which is the good fat, and poatoes are loaded with Carbs. Maybe try a weigh ganiner shake at GNC.
