Make sure he has a Good Diet (this is a must), with minimal amount of processed foods to eat. Keep him off white sugar, as it can makes kids hyper.

See what most kids drink these days?.. Coca-Cola and other fizzy drinks. Lots of white sugar - white sugar has been Processed SO MUCH that it has NO nutritional value at all (it's like putting sludge into your body).

A healthy body is one which has a good immune system. A person's immune system helps their body to heal itself. So many people put stuff into their bodies and their bodies find it hard to process all the garbage that they consume, making their immune system less and less able to cope.

I suggest if you are a meat eater to gradually cut out meat and dairy. It took me a few years to gradually become vegetarian, then to become fully vegan. Since becoming vegan I have never been healtheir, and I rarely (if ever) get sick.

I have a very efficient immune system. And my body processes food easily, not taxing to my body. It's also a good idea to have fresh fruit and vegetables in the diet for vitamins, minerals and FIBRE which keeps your insides healthy, moving the food quickly through your system.

A lot of people are ignorant about what they eat. Find out for yourself, don't rely on people in the food industry to give you the true facts. Search for yourself, and find out the Truth.

Most (if not all) food industry people are in it for the money. Why do you think there are a continuous stream of Products continually being produced?

It is only in the last hundred years that people have been able to eat meat on a regular basis. Before around the year 1900 or so, most people could not afford to eat meat, and there was little if any Cancer. I bet meat-eaters wouldn't eat meat if they had to kill the animals themselves. It is called 'meat' rather than what it really is.. 'flesh'.. 'animal flesh'. It's called 'pork' instead of 'pig', 'beef' instead of 'cow'. The meat industry desensitises you to what it means to eat a dead animal. Do you want your body to be a cemetary for dead animals??..

Do you also know that when an animal dies it experiences fear. And that as such fear hormones flood its body as it is killed. Therefore you are eating FEAR (hormones) when you eat meat. No wonder there is so much FEAR in the world, and it is escalating.

I hope this all gives you "Food For Thought".

And one last thing..

The way a lot of people eat these days they are literally killing themselves by the foods they eat. Obesity is the biggest it has ever been. Don't believe the hype that the giants of the food industry tell you about how good it is to eat certain foods.

Try for yourself by living without certain foods in your diet for a time, one at a time, and see how you feel without having a particular food for a while.. experiment for yourself. See what is right for you, and your boy.

May you find the Truth you have been seeking.

Is he also hyperactive?
Check that he does not react to food preservatives and food coloring (red, orange)?

Add some Omega-3 into his diet. I gave cod liver oil to my 5yo son and it has helped, even his teacher noted his improvement.

Take him to a Doctor, he probably has adhd. They will medicate him and you can take him to a psychologist so that he can learn how to deal with his hyperactivity.
