Absolutely yes. I just read an article about this, that it is common for vegans to be deficient in B vitamins and in calcium. Also make sure that you chew your vitamins or crush them first to make sure they are being absorbed by your bloodstream. Whole vitamins often don't dissolve and just pass right on through. you need better advice then just taking B-12.
Go see your doctor and ask him to refere you to a expert.
You need expert facts, not opions.
Big damage can be done to your body in the long run if you are lacking some food nuturtions.
Dont take any chance with your health, get expert facts, and ask them for books that you can read.
