You need to watch her very closely. You should look around for something she could have eaten which is poisonous. (If you don't already have a book about dogs that includes a first-aid section, I would get one. It's a great resource to have. Most first-aid sections will describe different substances that are poisonous for dogs, explaining whether to induce vomiting, take to the vet immediately, etc.)
Vomiting like this doesn't mean she definitely has eaten something poisonous, but it COULD mean that. I would suspect hamsters may carry diseases, like any other animal, but again, it's hard to be sure that's what it is.
Depending on the climate where you live, you may want to make sure she isn't getting dehydrated. Our vet told us to clutch the skin/fur between the shoulder blades and pull up--if it immediately goes back down, she is not dehydrated. If it goes down slowly, she is getting dehydrated.
Honestly, we took our dog to the vet when she was throwing up out of the blue like that. The vet did feel her stomach for any obstructions, put her fingers up her rectum, etc. Eventually, all the vet could say was that our dog must have eaten SOMETHING that didn't agree with her. She gave us some antibiotics, told us to take away solid food for 24-48 hours, feed her things like broth, water, etc, and gradually get her back up to eating solid foods--starting with bland things like rice. I honestly think she would have gotten well again without the antibiotics, so in that way, the vet trip could have been considered superfluous, but I was glad we brought our dog in so she could be checked for obstructions.

1) Um, you should be taking this to a vet right away rather than here because obviously you know something is wrong
2) I'm sure there are many reasons a dog would puke after a hamster, including the possiblity of a sickness, but also it's digestive system getting tangled and having to throw up because it's stuck in the intestines. Get her to a vet ASAP, they should be able to X-ray and tell and at least let you know if you can get it help. But you definitely need to take it otherwise you'll probably not have a doggy.

Yes, the state of FL does have a Pet Lemon Law that you can look into. Odds are in the long run, it will cost YOU more money to try and pin this woman down or get anything done about it. It sounds like you bought from someone who is not a reputable breeder. I would chalk this up to a good learning experience. Do your homework next time you want to purchase a dog. Research the breed you are interested in. Buy from a reputable breeder that has happy, healthy dogs. One who is happy to answer all your questions and provide a lifetime of support. Ask about health clearances, registration etc. and proof of. Do any of the dogs have titles in anything such as for conformation showing, obedience or other activities. A reputable breeder cares about their animals and the homes they go to, so they will most likely have some questions for you to. Be prepared to answer any questions they have. Finally, ask for references and then check them out. If the breeder isn't willing to provide any of this, walk away! Sounds like you are already attached to this little dog, so take him to your vet and have him treated for worms. Once that problem is taken care of, take him back when he's feeling better for his shots and heartwormer etc. If you want to help prevent others from being scammed by this lady, take out an ad in the local newspaper or better yet, have them do a write up about your story. They might not want to clearly identify her, but you can give enough detail that people can probably figure it out. You could also go to Rip Off Consumers Report on the net and tell your story, to help word get out about this lady, so someone else won't have to go through the same thing you are. Good luck!

It's probably just the hampster causing it. As for diseases, probably not since it was a pet.
If she's still puking by tomorrow morning you may want to take her to the vet. If she pukes ALL night, try to find a vet that does emergency service and won't get pissed at you calling this late.

OK, im the one to ask!!, First check if She wants to eat food!!! if not then continue with this text: Get a lemon, and squeeze all the juice out!!, my dog HATEs lemon! a lot!, and its hard to do, but its for the dogs sake!, squeeze her lips into her teeth by grabbing her snout making her gently bit her upper lips, which will make her open her mouth, throw in the lemon juice one lemon is fine, and make sure she swallows!, this is verry!! efficiant!, it will disparisite her if thats the problem, if the problem consists, then do this!, IT IS VERY HELPFULL AGAINST VENOM!!! and MORe AGAINST Poison!! (Even for a human!!!!) : Get 1/2 gallon of milk, 7 Garlic Cloves, 2 Eggs, 1 BURNT Tortilla(Corn) and 1 spoon of pepper. Put it all in the Blender, blend till made into juice! and with a funnel type thingy, make her drink as much as she can, Then take her to the vet!. That homemade stuff is the best!!!, Nature is the best!, i have plenty of experiences! so trust me. Rodent type animals CAN carry diseases/infections although not affected by it!, same as dogs, they can carry infections/diseases, but they have a higher defense than humans to tolerate attacks, but they can transmit it to you. Good LUCK!!

Take it to the vet. Dogs become dehydrated very quickly when they vomit. She needs IV fluids.

ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? TAKE IT TO THE VET! IT IS DYING YOU IDIOT. MY DOG DID THAT AND I HAD TO TAKE HER TO THE EMERGENCY VET. THE NEXT DAY, MY REGULAR VET SAID SHE MAY HAVE HAD A GALL BLADDER ATTACK! SHE COULD HAVE DIED BECAUSE THE FIRST EMERGENCY VET TECH SAID 'STOP GIVING HER WATER'. HOW ASSININE IS THAT? GIVE YOUR DOG ALL THE WATER SHE NEEDS UNTIL YOU GET HER TO THE VET. SINCE SHE ATE A HAMSTER, IT COULD BE CAUGHT IN HER GUT AND CAUSING HER EXTREME PAIN. GIMME THAT DOG IF YOU ARE NOT GONNA TAKE CARE OF IT.
