LTTE is one of the biggest most terrorist organisations hav formed small cells in various parts of the world and r causing more blood shed due to this compartmentalisation as it has become hard for govt. agencies to control them.

It sounds absurd, but I would say that the most powerful terrorist group would be the Zimbabwean ZANU-PF, which has ruled the nation since independence in 1980. In recent times, the group has repeatedly expressed desires to mine Uranium for the sole purposes of giving it to their "friends and allies" (Iran and North Korea), while keeping it out of the hands of their enemies (Australia). They have also succeeded in completely destroying the nation's economy, and have on numerous occasions brutally attacked their political opponents. Last year during "Operation Drive Out Filth", they forcefully evicted 700,000 of their own citizens from their homes, in a wave of destruction that cost over $70 million dollars. Currently, a single US dollar is worth about $550,000 of the increasingly irrelevant Zimbabwean Dollar.

Its hard to say,I guess it is the group that has the biggest cowards.Terrorist groups are made up of men that is scared to stand toe to toe and fight.Instead they hit and run,they hide behind women and children.They are cowards that are afraide to face there enemy out in the open like real men do.
