Okay ... okay...
First I have to figure out what the heck you're talking about... "an heirloom tomato..???" Hmmm...?
If we're talking like a "real tomato" here, like one that has a peel and seeds and juice inside and a center of pulpy pink meat... and if I'm an "actual heirloom" -- well, then what I think I'd be is: a pretty rotten tomato before I got passed from one generation to the next... unless, of course, there are some really, really ripe and ready-to-be-gone geezers just’a hangin' around the family.
Sooo anyhow... first off, I'd have to answer that I’d be a “Rotten Heirloom Tomato.”
But, second thinking, if we're talkin' "tomato," as in the slang word for a pretty woman, like an ultra babe tomato... Hmmm... Well, in that case, I'd have to drop out of the running... I just couldn't qualify… You see, I'm a man. Nonetheless, if I did stay with it though... if I went ahead and did the guy-in-drag bit, (you know... put on ladies clothes and a wig and stuff { it }) - (which I seriously doubt I would be very good at,) ... (well, it might be possible, I guess.) ....anyhow …If then, (just to continue this train of thought,) the tomato, (me in drag in this case,) ...is again an actual heirloom, i.e., a real live human who gets passed down from father to son, let's say... (disgusting – isn’t it?) …well in that case, I'd guess I’d have to be an “Old Ho-Bag Heirloom Tomato” …especially after a few climbs up the family tree.
Any other possibilities here...? (gosh I hope not...)
Okay here's one, (let's hope it's the last, too...)
Lets say that "tomato" is assuming "a type" of tomato, like a species... in which case, (KOOL enough,) I wouldn't have to rot before I got passed along since the thing being passed wouldn't be a specific piece of fruit off the vine but rather a specific name of the specific fruit that the vine produces... (Aaaah... we’re on a roll here, I think..) In this case, I know exactly what heirloom tomato I'd be, and it would be a pleasure to be it, too. --- I think I'd be a “Good ole-fashioned Golden Delicious Tomato.” --- ??
But.... but... Wait a minute, hold on a sec...!!! Golden Delicious..?
A Golden Delicious is an apple, isn't it? Yeah it is...
Darn..! Well, never mind. I shouldn’t have picked this stupid question in the first place..! You know, I could tell from the start that this was gunna’ happen. Dumb questions just seem to always lead to dumb answers - and I'm certainly full of dumb answers lately...
Sorry everyone, (Gosh, what a waste of time.)

A White Wonder---Or maybe a Caspian Pink.
One of the few "White" colored tomatoes. This is a very sweet variety that bears small to medium sized fruits that give a nice contrast to all the other reds, yellows, and purples around.
Caspian Pink is the variety that beat Brandywine in recent taste tests!! Originally from Russia. Great for slicing or dicing in a salad.

Heirloom Tomatoes are so delicious, if you've never grown any; try it. The fruits taste so much better!
