installing directx9.0c for redistribution from downloads .com also have one from filehippo. I try to install it and it just glances over the install and says it is finished. I cant play my game cause it says directx 9.0c isnt installed Please help

go start\run\ type in , dxdiag , ok
have a look there to see if dx9c is installed,theres a test too
