I worked in an off reservation casino in Lincoln City, OR for the Siletz tribe. I was a beverage server. We could not serve any alcohol on the playing floor. Just soda and coffee, but the tips were still pretty good.

It depends on your beverage of choice. Not everyone drinks the same thing.
