Many of the answers above are absolutely correct. She should be with her mother until she is at least 6 weeks old! If at 6 weeks she has been weaned and healthy then she can go to a new home. Goats milk is the best thing that you can feed her using a baby bottle. She should be fed a minimum of 4 times per day at her age. Once her teeth have begun to come in you can mix goats milk with ground turkey or raw beef. Once her teeth a fully in you can begin to feed her puppy food or a raw diet.
I can't believe the person that you got the puppy from let the dog go that young. As one person mentioned, she is in a new place and might take a day or two until she is properly transitioned into her new home. Regardless, you must start feeding her yourself as soon as she will take the bottle. If she doesn't eat by days end tomorrow, take her to the vet as she might be sick and for gods sake, do not take her anywhere until she is at least 4 months old and has had all of her puppy shots.

Good lord, this puppy is entirely too young to be taken from her mother -- what kind of a moron did you buy her from?
You need to keep her hydrated. If you're only offering her dry kibble, that's something that's probably too much for her little mouth to handle right now.
Go to a PetsMart or other animal supply place and find a product call "Esbilac" -- it's a milk replacement formula that will keep her hydrated and provide nutrients. She should be able to drink this on her own. You can soak small-breed puppy food in water or the Esbilac to soften it, and she may start eating that on her own, as well. I can't tell you how much she might eat -- just make some food up for her and see how much she takes in. She should be able to lap at liquids, at this point -- bottle feeding is probably not necessary.
Puppies should NEVER leave their mothers prior to 8 weeks of age (even 6 weeks is TOO YOUNG). Dogs who leave their mothers prior to that age are prone to all sorts of behavior issues due to the fact that their mother didn't get to teach them how to be a dog.
Once you get past this feeding problem and she grows a bit, seriously consider getting her into a Puppy Kindergarten-type obedience class and work very hard to get her socialized with other dogs and people. It will only help.
Good luck!

Four weeks is definitely too young to separate a pup from its mother. It could be stress, or it could be sick. Is the puppy playful or listless? Are there any signs of diarrhea or vomiting? If the puppy is active and there are no signs of diarrhea or vomiting, then it could just be stress or the fact that maybe the puppy wasn't properly weaned due to it's very young age. I would try feeding the puppy some puppy milk formula that you can find at any pet store. Even though there may be no signs of illness, you should take the puppy to the vet ASAP for a thorough exam.

Oh my gosh! A puppy should never go home before 8 weeks. Take her back to the breeder and go to a responsible breeder. If you can't do that make sure she drinks by syringing water down her throat and moisten her food with hot water till it's mushy so she can eat it.

Take her back to the people you bought her from immediately! Puppies should be with there mother for 7 or 8 weeks. They need their mothers milk and to be better socialized with their litter mates.

she SHOULD be with her mom for another 4 weeks! by law! and she NEEDS to eat every 2-3 hours!!!!!! vet the dog or she could die. she may be too young to eat. try a mash . wet soaked puppy kibble. put some on your finger and place it in her mouth. water off a dropper just drops on her tongue. vet the pup if it lives through the night. god speed. :)

Your dog is probably lonely, since they were weaned less than a week ago (at best).
Didn't you receive any instructions at all? If not, WHY DIDN'T YOU ASK?
