OK, the answers I have read so far are out of line and demonstrate the prejudices and inferiority complexes of the individuals answering. Just ignore them!!
I found many alternate spellings of "Zulayha." I believe the "h" at the end of the name is actually pronounced differently than the English "h," more of a throaty "h" sound, so the spelling sometimes comes up in these versions: Zuleikha, Zulaika, etc.
All versions of the name mean "The Fair One." I LOVE IT!!! Another interpretation I found said that the name means "Beauty," but I think the first meaning is more accurate. Both are nice, though.
And please don't give a second thought to all those degenerates who are judging your decision to convert to Islam.

Well, first off, congratulations on your impending bundle of joy, and also on your bravery to convert to the Islamic faith. The thing about naysayers of the religion to remember is that one bad person can make thousands of good people not matter, and what most people fail to realize about the role of women in the faith is that they are revered by the men, just in a different way.
The reference of Zulayha I found was in a story, but the name was slightly different: Yusuf and Zulaikha (which if the "kh" sound is very softly defined, this version of the name is very pretty) which starts out similarly to the story of Joseph (and the Coat of many colors) in Christian lore. It's a really sweet story in the end.
