I met my bf at work. We've been dating almost a year. We started dating about 2 years ago, then went out for a couple months and he dumped me. It was a little awkward at first but that went away after a couple weeks. Now we are dating again. Our relationship has never really interfered with work. It probably just depends on the people in the relationship and your work environment.

Been there, done that. I would not suggest it be someone you work closely with or that you supervise. It takes a certain type of person to make it work. Remember it could go bad and then where will you be.

A lot of times it doesn't work out...Too much gossip and then when you break up you still have to work with this person. It can be pretty awkward.
Ive done it once, never again

DON'T DO IT!
If things are wonderful, it may be ok. However, when things are bad... it is horrible. Work is sometimes your best way to get away. I had a bad experience... I was a big time jerk and regret it.
