Payless, Walmart, Kohls, Target. Watch for the sales at payless, like buy 2 get 1 free and stuff, great for back to school shoe shopping.

I see most people are saying Wal-Mart...true, they would have a great price but EVERYTHING I've bought from Wal-mart in the last 6 months has either fallen apart in a month or been recalled. For shoes I'd go to Payless or Target...the more I shop at Wal-Mart the more I realize that they suck and so does their merchandise.

I usually do not shop at wal-mart for my kids clothing and shoes, but yesterday I was looking through a sales flyer and notice a pair of sneakers for my son.
I live less than 2 mintues from wal-mart, so I got in my van and went and bought him some. I only paid 6.95 for them. And they are really good quality and so adorable.
Otherwise, for shoes I shop at kohls, target or Payless.

Next weekend tax free weekend so if you wait till then you can buy all the school stuff and many other items such as clothes, diapers and there is a list online without paying taxes. It is the first weekend in August every year...take advantage of it.

JCPenney is the BEST place to shop for back to school clothes. Great quality and VERY reasonable prices.
