Most likely DishNetwork's Family Plan with is $19.99. Their number is 1800-DishNetwork. The channels included in their package are as follows:
Biography, CCTV-9, CCTV-E&F, Hallmark Movie Channel, Bloomberg, CSPAN, CSPAN2, FoxNews, HeadlineNews, NASA, The Weather Channel, Boomerage, Hallmark Channel, Nick Toons, NickelodeonEast, NickelodeonWest, Nickelodeon Games&Sports, TvLand, College Sports TV, The Outdoor Channel, Animal Planet, DiscoveryKids, Discovery Times, DIY, FoodNetwork, Fine LIving, The Science Ch, GAC, BYUTV, ColoursTV, RFDTV. The rest of the channels are religious and shopping channels.

Don't forget that local channels would be $5 more, and if you want more than one room it would be $5 more per room.
