I learned that if your feeling really hot and you can't cool down you should put an ice cube on your wrist.
I've done it and it worked for me.
Has it worked for anyone else?

I tried, but it doesn't help as much as putting ice around your neck. In any case, you want to cool your blood down. Wrist doesn't have as many blood vessels as the neck does. Also by cooling your neck, you cool down the blood going to your brain, thus decreasing the chances of losing consciousness because of blood overheat in the Central nervous system.

I was told by a lesbian if you put ice on your back while drunk, you'll sober up. I think she just wanted to rub ice on my body! lol. My bf at the time was staring with his jaw dropped
