I am an ex-waitress, albeit 30 years ago. The best way to ask her out and not sound lame is to be yourself. I had a guy that came in night after night to eat and asked for me every night. Leave her a big tip, is a good indication, although where I worked we had to split our tips. Anyway, he asked for me so many times my boss got pissed and said what's with this guy, how come he walks out unless you wait on him? And believe me, this guy spent big bucks! He would go to the extreme of bringing in all his friends to eat there and specifically ask for me. What won me over was when he hired some kid off the street for ten bucks to deliver a dozen roses to me on the busiest night - Friday. The kid walked in and said "I have to deliver these to Lela, right now, and nobody else." The whole restaurant stopped dead in its tracks, the women were clapping of course, and when I walked out front - and my boss was telling me, you better get out there, you're holding up everything- I saw all the roses and the whole restaurant clapping, I couldn't stop crying. ps. I spent 11 years of my life with him before he died. Moral of story, be romantic. Women love public displays of affection. Send her roses, whether it's anonymous or by name, on the job, make her feel special. Heck, he even left me, under a big tip, a message on a napkin- I don't come here for the food. I come here because there is just something about you that I can't stay away. You won't give me your phone number, but here's mine. Please call me if and when you're ready to take a chance. Women who are waitresses use it as a stepping stone - it's a guaranteed income when you're on your way to bigger and better things. You need to remember that, and respect her for how hard she works. Do that, and you're in!.
Oh, Derek, I like that line! Take me where I can get waited on! Good one!

If it develop into something each and every small, like a serviette, possibilities are intense at the same time as the waitress is walking that way, she will merely %. one up. If it develop right into a request for yet another appetizer or yet another drink, i ought to anticipate my waitress.

well, by asking for her specifically you have already (almost) asked her out... u already specifically asked for her so she knows you think she is a good waitress and prolly has an idea that you like her (at least as a person) and prolly as even more... girls can sense these things... but if i were you i would work up the gall and courage (can be tough, but hey you only live once adam!) then ask her if she would like to go somewhere to eat with you where she can be waited on!? easy as that....just work up the courage and be ready for both answers (yes and no) my grandpa told me that you cant fall out of bed if you dont get up in the morning (whatever that means- i think it means u cant screw up if you never try)
go for it

You should flirt with her a little, then leave her a good tip and a little note with the tip saying how beautiful she is and asking her if she would like to go out to dinner and to call you if she's interested, and obviously leave your number on it. That would be so sweet, any lady would love that it's romantic!!
