I get store bought spaghetti sauce and add boiled chicken strips, diced onion, sliced green peppers, and minced garlic and put it on top the spaghetti. Its so good. I think I'm ganna make that for dinner tomorrow.

Cattiatore is pretty basic
Chicken peppers onions and mushrooms sauteed, with garlic. Add some marinara sauce and cook for 10-20 minutes
Another one
SAutee the onioins and peppers and Garlic. ADD 2 TBSP of Balsamic Vinegar.
Add 4 OZ of Plain TomatoSauce
2 OZ of CREAM
Basil if you got it and some salt.
Better yet
Get any kind of meat
GSautee it. Add the veggies
Cook some rice or pasta
Add some chicken broth or wine
Add som elemon juice and some salt
Done deal

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 lb spaghetti (cooked)
2-3 cans tomato sauce
1/2 large green pepper chopped
1 med size onion chopped
8 ounces shredded cheese
brown ground beef, pepper and onion. Drain. Cook spaghetti. Drain
Mix all ingredients except about 1/2 cup of cheese. Put into casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, covered. Add rest of cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes.

- Chop the onions
- Slice the peppers lengthwise
- Slice the garlic
-- Sautee these ingredients intil the peppers are soft enough to eat comfortably, not crunchy
-- Set ingredients aside
-- Grill some chicken breasts to your taste or liking and set them aside
-- Prepare spaghetti or pasta of choice according to box directions
-- Toss the sauteed veggies into the prepared pasta
-- Serve with chicken breasts and garnish with some chopped tomatos or a pasta sause

Italian sausage and peppers. Just throw a few sausages in a pan, let them cook till about 1/2 done, then throw in onion, sausage and garlic. Serve with a small side of pasta tossed with butter and parmesan. Awesome dinnner and really easy.

Vegetarian (meatless) recipes
Wild Rice and Mushroom Casserole
Rice: 1 cup wild rice, 1/4 tsp salt, 3 cups boiling water
3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup grated old cheddar
1 large can stewed tomatoes (diced), juice included
1 tsp salt
1. Cook rice (covered) in boiling, salted water until nearly tender, around 30 minutes. Drain rice if necessary.
2. Sauté mushrooms and onion in butter for about 5 minutes.
3. Toss rice with all ingredients.
4. Place in casserole dish, cover and bake for 1/2 hour at 350F. If you put some potatoes in to bake as well, you'll have a nice vegetarian meal.

Here's a recipe for jambasta, which is a combination of jambalaya and pasta:
Salt
1 pound penne rigate, pasta with lines
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 2 turns of the pan
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 pound andouille sausage, any brand, casing removed and diced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 poblano pepper, seeded and chopped or thinly sliced (1 large jalapeno my be substituted)
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 ribs celery from the heart with greens, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Salt and ground black pepper
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup beer, 1/2 bottle
1 cup chicken stock
1 (14-ounce) can, crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons hot sauce (recommended: Franks Red Hot or Tabasco) eyeball it
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped
1/2 pound chicken breast, diced into small pieces
1/2 pound medium shrimp, cleaned and tails removed
1/4 cup heavy cream, eyeball it
2 scallions, sliced
Heat a pot of water to a boil for pasta and add salt to it then pasta. Cook to al dente and drain.
While pasta works, heat a deep skillet over medium high heat. Add extra-virgin olive oil, butter and andouille. Brown the sausage 2 to 3 minutes to render the fat. Remove with a slotted spoon.
Add garlic, peppers, celery and onions. Saute the veggies for 5 to 6 minutes. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and add flour to the pan. Cook flour with veggies 2 minutes more then whisk in beer. Cook beer out, 2 minutes. Add chicken stock, tomatoes, hot sauce and thyme. Bring liquid to a bubble and add chicken and shrimp. Cook 6 to 7 minutes until chicken is firm and shrimp are opaque and firm. Stir to mix in cooking juices then add in cream.
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Ladle up the jambasta and top with chopped scallions and reserved crispy andouille.

Best recipe ever... and keep in mind I am a carnivore
2 regular cans dark red kidney beans
1 regular can italian style stewed tomatoes
1 small red onion
1 clove garlic
Regular chili powder
sour cream, and rice to garnish.
sautee onion, garlic in olive oil in large saucepan.
lightly drain kidney beans, smush tomatoes, add both to onions and garlic.
let boil lightly for 20 minutes, stir often.
DO NOT BURN. Eat with sour cream and rice. YUMMY!

Take your Onions (chopped),peppers(chopped) and garlic (pressed) toss it into a pan of cooked pasta (Penne is nice). Then pour in a bit of cream. Volia!
