This is good way to prepare salmon steaks. The relish adds a nice kick with fresh ingredients such as mint, cilantro, and chiles.
INGREDIENTS:
4 salmon steaks (about 6 ounces each)
1 cup cucumber, diced
3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce ( or oyster sauce)
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh min, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients except, salmon steaks, black pepper, and sesame oil, in a medium mixing bowl. Let mixture sit for 1 hour at room temperature.
Preheat grill. Brush salmon steaks with oil and season with black pepper. Grill steaks on direct high heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from grill and top with relish.

OK,
DO NOT BUY STORE BOUGHT GARBAGE
DO NOT MARINATE YOUR FISH
1. Use applewood or Cedar birquets if you cvan.
2. Your salmon should be grilled just as you are doing it. Salt and pepper only
3. After grilling, add one of these sauces.
A: Blend the following
Juice of a lemon
TSP of SALT
TBSP Coriander
2 OZ OIL
1 TSP CAYENNE
5 scallions
It should form a very thick pasty sauce. Just spread it and eat it
B:
5 RED Chiles
ADD LEMON juice , salt and Fish Sauce and blend.
C: Go to Asian store and buy TOM YUM paste. Mix it with a little chicken broth so it is a thick sauce. This is the best thing God every put on Earth

Here is my fav recipe for tuna steaks:
Mix a bottle of teryaki glaze with some fresh ginger, a teaspoon of minced garlic... a few splashes of lime... mix it all together..
Pour the mix into a ziplock bag, then add 2 or more nice thick cut tuna steaks. Marinade them for at least 12 hours, shaking the bag around every so often to mix.
Then grill the steaks so they are cooked on the outside, pink in the middle... keep some of the marinade for dipping..
Enjoy!

keep the skin on the steak. Add a cup of dry red wine, in a large enough pan. Add worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, 1 clove of garlic and parsley in. Let it sit for a few hours to overnight. Fire up the grill. Put it on med/high flame, depending on how well you like it done. Once finished, squeeze a large wedge of lemon on the steak and give 1 min for the juices to soak in. Enjoy.

Use other spices, such as dill for salmon, and thyme for the tuna.
Also, you might want to marinade the fish before grilling; italian dressing makes a good marinade for tuna.

Put some slices of lemon on it. Pepper and Fennel also help. I've never had tuna steak, so I don't know about that one

Use a sauce with smoked flavored, or you should marinate it for a day or two. The longer you allow the flavors to work the better!
Mostly you go to my favorite cook in the world own website: Ms. Racheal "I all we need is 30 minutes" Ray for a great meal!!!
She's bound to have great recipe for you.
