one of my favorites is a grilled egg and cheese sandwich..
First break an egg into a frying pan, don't stir it, just break the yolk and let it cook through flipping it once until its fully cooked.. Take it out of the pan.. Take your pieces of bread and lightly toast them.. When they come out of the toaster, lightly one side of each piece of bread.. Next a slice of cheese on the non buttered side of the bread an stack the egg on top of the cheese. If you really love cheese, then add another slice of cheese on top of the egg and put the other slice of bread on top. At this point, the buttered sides of the bread will be facing the outside.. heat the pan on low and continue to grill the sanwich like you would a "grilled cheese' until golden brown...The great thing about this sandwich is that on the ocassion that you did have lunchmeat, you use a slice of ham or turkey in it and it is the best tasting breakfast sandwich ever!

Well do you have anything at all besides bread? You could make bread pudding if you have some milk and butter and raisins and cinnamon. You could make a pan of stuffing if you have some celery and onion and butter and seasoning and maybe a bit of broth. You could make some French Toast if you have some eggs and cinnamon and syrup or powdered sugar. You could make some toast sticks if you have butter and sugar -- just toast 'em, butter 'em, sugar 'em and slice 'em. Hope you figure something out. If not, and it gets stale, tear it up and feed the birds!

Option #1 Butter and parmesan toasted in the broiler on your oven.
Option #2 spaghetti sauce/mozzarella =faux pizza
Option #3 cinnamon sugar + butter in the microwave delicious cinnamon roll type thing!
Option #4 tuna fish?
Option #5 egg sandwich?
and the list goes on :) You could make bread pudding too!
