Whip all cold ingredients from freezer until cream makes 'peaks' Adding Sugar as you whip.

Add vanilla all at once for final whip, just until mixed.

Pour over bowl of fruit and gently FOLD.

Champagne Salad 1 large can grapefruit segments or 3 grapefruits peeled and membranes removed. 1 large can mandarin oranges 4 peaches peeled and sliced or one pound frozen peaches 1 large can pineapple chunks 1 qt fresh or frozen strawberries 1 pint fresh or frozen raspberries 1 pound fresh or frozen black cherries 1 pint fresh or frozen black berries 1 bag frozen mango chunks 1 cp. sugar or to taste. Allow to sit and marinate until the sugar is completely dissolved. Do include any juices that are in the canned fruits. Refrigerate at least 3 or 4 hours until icy cold. This has a wonderful champagne tast and is the best fruit salad I have ever tasted. We always have it for holliday meals. Hope you enjoy it.

Cut up fresh fruit, a can of fruit cocktail, drained, mixed with whipped cream. I also like jello with fresh fruit, cut into small cubes, mixed with whipped cream, but I don't know if that is really fruit salad.

I made this one and it was SO easy and delish!

Dice and add in a bowl some bananas, strawberries, and peaches. Add some defrosted raspberry/blueberries (they come in a bag in store). Sqeeze a little lemon juice and toss.

Now in a small sauce pan, add two tablespoons water and with low heat stir in sugar (makes instant carmel!!!!!) just a few min., then pour over fruit. Toss again, and VOILA'!

Its so perfect for brunch dessert!!! Add cool whip if ya want,
ENJOY!

One apple (core removed), one ripe peach or nectarine (peeled, pit removed), one or two bananas (peeled), juice of 1/2 lemon, about 2 teaspoons sugar.

Cut up the apple, peach/nectarine and bananas and mix them together in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and sugar. Stir everything together until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for an hour or so; or you can leave it (covered) to stand for about half an hour at room temperature. Stir it all up once more before serving.

You can also add some fresh strawberries or blackberries or blueberries if you want.

... I'm Mexican so do it a little different... But I swear, in almost every street corner they sell fruit cups like this:

-- Pineapple, oranges, red grapes

-- Cucumber, Jicama, mango, and apple with lemon (they call them limes in America) juice and chili powder

-- Jicama with lemon juice

-- Watermelon, pineapple, mango, cantaloupe, and red grapes

So delicious and perfect as a snack or brunch!!!
