Well, look at the 10 commandments....First: Give our Creator exclusive devotion. Second: Do not use images in worship. Third: Always respect and dignify God’s name. Fourth: Allow time to concentrate on spiritual matters, without distraction. Fifth: Children, respect your parents. Sixth: Do not murder. Seventh: Avoid adultery. Eighth: Do not steal. Ninth: Tell the truth. Tenth: Shun covetousness.

The Ten Commandments were part of the code of laws given to Moses. But the principles they embody are timeless. (Romans 6:14; Colossians 2:13, 14) For this reason, Jesus’ followers quoted from and referred to the Ten Commandments. (Romans 13:8-10) How much happier—and safer—life would be today if all respected and lived by these divinely inspired principles!

God's commands are for our safety and protection, and they aren't burdensome if you think about it. I mean, seriously, how HARD is it NOT to be an alchoholic? Or a drug addict? or Someone prone to promiscuous sexual encounters leading to unwanted STDs and/or pregnancies? How hard is it NOT to steal ? It is easy to lead a good, honest life most of the time. And when there are those times that it does get hard; those are the times when our mettle is being tested and we need to show our loyalty and faith as being as strong as it can be! We need to be able , when the chips are down, to show God that we love him and want to serve him even when things aren't going our way! Sure, its Eaaaaaazy to serve God when the going is smooth, but throw some rocks in the path and see how many people fall away. IF YOU were God, would you want people around you who couldn't weather a few storms?? I wouldn't! I would want survivors, People who would stick with me thru thick and thin!
Some of the wonderful benefits of obeying the Lord Jehovah are peaceful family lives, blessings from him in our work, a hope for a grand future in a paradise earth where Satan and his demonic influence are no longer felt because they are gone and can no longer bother mankind . A future where sickness and death are no more and mankind can live forever, just as God had originally promised man in the Garden of Eden. Those are some of the great benefits of serving God!

To be able to really believe in God and love Him is to sleep at night in perfect peace.
It's knowing that He has His Angels watching over you at all times.
It's knowing that He will bless you in so many ways because the teachings of the Bible alone are a goldmine
of wisdom and great advice for a happier life on earth.

Christians don't do drugs, alcohol, adultery, lie, cheat, steal, etc.

To obey the Lord gives one strength to overcome the trials and temptations of this world, with God's help.

It's wonderful to obey His Word.
Not because we have to, but because we love to,
because we love Him.

You get to "pretend" to be happy, while everything you enjoy doing is called a "sin" and is forshamed in the "Lord's" eyes.

Basically, there is no point in obeying your "God". Think about it, nothing you do will ever be good enough. He doesn't accept you for YOU. He wants you to be something/someone you're NOT, when that is IMPOSSIBLE, because NO ONE IS PERFECT!

You sin once, you're ******. Humanity is ****** in the eyes of their "God's", they just don't realize it yet.

Anyway, obey Lucifer. It's a lot more fun. No one understands that he's a good God. The ones *points up* up there just slew his reputation and damned him to hell. He's not as bad as humans have labeled him as.

*shrugs* Your religion, your choice.

WHEN YOU ARE DOING GOD'S WILL, EVERYTHING FALLS INTO PLACE. YOU STAY UNDER GOD'S PROTECTION WHEN YOU ARE IN HIS WILL. THINK ABOUT IT
IF YOU ARE NOT DOING DRUGS,SMOKING, BEING MEAN, AND IF YOU ARE DOING POSITIVE THINGS AND HELPING PEOPLE , DONT YOU FEEL BETTER? DONT YOU ELIMINATE MORE WAYS YOU COULD PUT YOURSELF IN BAD SITUATIONS?
LIFE IS EASIER WHEN YOU SEEK GOD FIRST. THE BIBLE IS THE BEST BOOK ON THE EARTH. IT HAS THE DIRECTIONS FOR EVERYTHING IN IT!! ALL U NEED DO IS READ AND PRAY FOR UNDERSTANDING. GOD GIVES US A CHOICE , BUT IF U CHOOS HIM, HE WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU . HE WILL PROTECT YOU FROM YOUR ENEMIES. HE WILL MAKE THEM YOUR FOOTSTOOLS. WHENEVER THE DEVIL USES PEOPLE OR SITUATIONS TO TRY AND ATTACK YOU, 10000 ANGELS WILL COME TO YOUR DEFENSE. ISN'T THAT AWESOME? TO LET GOD FIGHT YOUR BATTLES FOR YOU? AND THE WONDERS AND RICHES IN HEAVEN.................... WHERE DO I BEGIN
????? THE STREETS PAVED IN GOLD, THE HUGE DIAMONDS YOU GET FOR EVERY SOUL YOU BROUGHT TO GOD;S KINGDOM, BEING ABLE TO SING AND DANCE AND WORSHIP GOD AND BASK IN THE GLOW OF HIS LOVE ALL DAY?????? FOR ETERNITY?????? AWESOME!!!!!!!I COULD GO ON ALL DAY!!!!!! THE BLESSINGS I HAVE RECEIVED SINCE I HAVE GIVEN MY LIFE TO THE LORD..........................................
