im coloring it bleach blond with brown high lights
im concernd if i should wait after my perm or before it,(home perm)

I would only choose one process if you want to have any hair. I"d color my hair and skip the perm. Bleach and a perm do not work.

you should color "after" you perm your hair, as that the chemicals in your perm will strip some of the color you would have just applied. best of luck!

Definetly do the bleaching and highlights first ...if you do it after your perm ,your perm will be gone trust me ive done it.

i could think of you dye it in the past getting it permed then wait a pair of week or 2. i'm no longer that constructive if that's right so probable anticipate a extra stable answer or ask your hairstylist^,^ Sorry if I wasn't that lots help

You should wait at least a week and damn girl, home perms went outta fashion like 50 years ago!!!!!!! how old are you????

after of course..
if you color your hair before you perm it, your new color will fade out..
